The demonstration of the concreteness of terms that is the threat to the local areas will have a impact on the people. The HonorHealth organization is doing this step of trying to accept the change, it may at times be just easier to persuade a buy-in, than any other idea at this point of transition (Marker, n.d.). The solid examples will show how the change will impact them specifically in their local community or organization; then the employees are more likely to adopt the necessary modifications. When HonorHealth makes a case for a significant change the use of change agents is utilized, because of the use charts, tables and lots of numbers, which is what statistical people want to see, the proof (Marker, n.d.). When making things appear appealing to the whole brain; quantitative information is needed for the analytical left side that controls the processing phase. The right aspect of the mind is the experiential which controls the processing of emotional information. The combination of the analytic information with vivid imagery, the messages are employed into the brain and give an emphasis on the relevant personal experiences and then create an elicit emotional response with the concrete side (Marker, n.d.).
