Over the past year, I have learned that in my career I want to help people. I want to interact and learn about people, and help them solve problems. I want to learn new things in my career, and I especially want to research. I am currently particularly interested in the Sexual Health field, as I have a year long Senior project dedicated to the subject and I feel that there is a lot I could do with it; but I want to be exposed to more than that. I do not have an exact answer yet as to what I want to be in my career, but with the Honors college it is a goal of mind to find what I want to do.
Some experiences that have prepared me for success in college have been at my school. I left a school that I had attended for almost 9 years for a STEM school because I wanted the best possible outcome for my education. The emphasis on problem based learning at my school has taught me how to efficiently communicate, time management, and a level of creativity that translates well into college. Volunteering has also engaged me through helping others and learning about myself. In Honors College, I would want to be engaged in new experiences and learn as much as I
