Honoria is overall a very positive person. She doesn’t like to dwell on the negative aspects of any situation if she can help it. Always the optimist, Honey Lemon likes to spread her cheerful demeanor to brighten up anyone’s mood. She’s quick to draw everyone in for a best friends selfie, dish out hugs, and organize group outings to bring everyone closer together. That’s not to say that Honey Lemon won’t let the excitement of the moment take over when spirits are high. She has a tendency to get caught up in the thrill of having a good time with her friends and that her energy can be too much to contain. She’ll consider it a small sacrifice in the name of a good time and science!

It goes without saying that Honey Lemon is extremely intelligent since she can hold her own with the Chemical Engineering department at the university. The amount of how much she knows is questionable to people who don’t know her well since Honey does not like to show off. Her intellectual prowess is understated until Honoria is in her element. Some may say she is a nerd since Honey Lemon is always excited by the possibility of working in the lab. It might also be her collection of manga that causes people to think she’s

Depression is another one of those “first-world” problems us humans face as a society. Although it seems like a deathly globe-renowned issue is in mainly todays -mostly in teens- current society, Sue Monk Kidd demonstrates how depression may have affected those over fifty years ago- especially the South-American colored people of the Civil Rights Era in 1964.
