PERSONAL REVIEW
Based on the group assignment was given by my lecturer and has been done with success from complete it, the Honest Tea business plan was lacked of awareness to make a good proposal for them to attract or encourage the investor to invest in their project during that time. From my point of view, the Honest Tea not state several topic that important and necessary to have in the business plan. Automatically, the investor will not interest in the project that given by Honest Tea especially in that business plan still not stated the details of several information that important to investor know like the competitive advantage from the company have and still incomplete.
Moreover, Honest Tea try to make the proposal or business plan different from other proposal that includes details information about the company’s rare product, new product and their current situation toward the competitive environment but it still not enough for investor and remain as incomplete business plan. However, at business description sections, I have trouble to identify their goals and statement of sustainability. I need to read several time and understand certain statement what they want to make the investor

However, for me, the important part for investor need to know is the relevance of financial statement but Honest Tea not focus to give a full financial report to encourage the decision of the investor itself. Moreover, the investor will not like to participate in that project because lack of confident in business layout itself. To encourage the investor, Honest Tea need to do a research and analysis by prepare a relevance data and provide a useful information that must be necessary put in the
