Biblical languages is extremely important in Homiletics. It is important to study biblical languages as a student of the bible because biblical language is sacred and being able to understand discloses the interpretation of a given text. It also assists in properly, making a judgement in reference to the text. It is vital that when reading a particular text, one is able to understand what they are reading.
