In the strategic planning some time because of some rules making an error it’s called cognitive biases. In strategic planning manager make some rules because of that company facing a problem with that. As a consultant you have to make some decision that kind of decision are incorrect because of the evidence. For the cognitive biases is facing the company because of the escalating commitment. This kind of problem involves because of the decision maker. If they prepare any project and then they do not gets good feedback like project falling. The other thing is reasoning analogy. Because of this thing if you do not solve the complex problem than it’s also called falling of decision making.
