Homemade Parsley Infusion For Kidney Detox

Kidneys are one of the most important organs that purify our body. Thanks to them, we eliminate all toxins and salt excess salt from the body. However, they must be cleansed regularly.

Over time, kidneys accumulate salt and toxins and sand and stones. Therefore, these must be removed to prevent kidney damage.

Here is what you have to do:

Wash a handful of parsley and cut it into larger pieces. Put the chopped parsley in a bowl and pour water over it (enough to cover the leaves). Place the bowl in the oven, and as soon as the water starts to boil leave it for 10 minutes. Then, remove the bowl from the oven and leave it to cool (the bowl must be covered). Strain and drink after it has cooled down.
