Basic cough Drops
If you are feeling sick, this should be your go-to cough drop recipe. It is made with great ingredients that help suppress a cough and boost your immune system.
Here’s what you’ll need: • 1/2 cup coconut oil, room temperature • 1/2 cup raw local honey • 1 drop of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Here’s what you’ll do:
Put your coconut oil into a mixer bowl and using a hand mixer, beat it until it’s whipped. Then add your honey and whip until it is thoroughly mixed. Finally, add you're essential oil. Pour your mixture into mini molds. Freeze these until hard and store them in a container in the refrigerator.

Let the water and herbs steep for 20 minutes and strain out herbs. Pour only 1 cup of the herb infused water and a cup and a half of honey into a saucepan and turn the heat on medium high. Let that mixture reach 300 degrees and then take it off the heat and add you're essential oils and then scoop small spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let it harden in the freezer. Toss them into a small amount of powdered sugar, then use as needed.
Slippery Elm Cough Drops
Here’s what you’ll need: • 1 cup of finely ground slippery elm bark powder • 4-6 Tablespoons raw honey • 1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon

Here’s what you’ll do:
Put slippery elm bark powder in a medium bowl. Then add the cinnamon and honey and stir to combine. If honey is somewhat hard, gently warm before adding to the slippery elm powder so that it is easier to stir.
