Homelessness In Jail

Seeing that the people conclusion that we as a whole have a problem with having homeless people out on our streets. We have enough jail houses with room to feed and shelter criminals. We have enough homeless people on the street with no help when we could improve shelters with enough room to take care of them. In the world that we live in today, the homeless has been overlooked as if they do not exist. In this world, the homeless does exist!. No matter the cause and how they got to their situations, this still is America. No man or woman should be left behind. This is the place where we all supposed to be living the American dream. Let us take the jail system and evaluate their standard of living. To state the obvious, jail versus home are two completely different ways of living. In the jails environments as far as we know, there are a shower, bed, food, decent clothing. Those are pretty much the essential to standard living. To be a little less judgmental is key for understanding what homelessness really is. The solution for this problem could be simple. No city should want to see their citizens struggle in the way that they do. Getting the government involved more would be a start. Now what if a homeless person came in for a job interview, would you consider in hiring them? If whoever had the physical and mental capability, would you hire them? Some may say no due to the outside appearance that they may give off; such as an odor and worn down clothing. Those factors are very important to consider when choosing a candidate. What if there was a way to help whomever in a way that provides them a bathing area and a uniform? With both conditions valid, could he or she be employed? I believe one may never know because of the way society is
