Due to the inflation of the homeless in the Adams County region, a transitional housing program should be set up to aid those who need a home, are trying to hold on to their home, or are in dire need of assistance with housing payments.

In a conference that was held in early August, he states that the sum of homeless veterans has now deflated to 40,000, a 47% increased improvement. The Department of Veterans Affairs has cut back health care with the distention of disability benefits. The campaign “Mayor’s Challenge to End Veteran Homelessness” has successfully accomplished its goals in only two of the states, Virginia and Connecticut.
