In 2010 about 1.59 million people have had an experience of homelessness. 649,000 lived in shelters and 110,000 were chronically homeless (Johnson). It can be a disturbance that only ⅓ are getting limited help. Public services have claimed that they go give more than efficient help towards homeless people. On the contrary, many authors, and homeless people have expressed unrealibelence towards public services helping them prosper.
