Homeless People Panhandling Panhandling should be illegal because you can’t always trust someone on the streets. Panhandling should not be allowed because some of the homeless will eventually going to rely on us for money so they don’t have to work. Panhandlers should also be prohibited because once the homeless receive the money you have no control over what the money is spent on. Just give the homeless food or a nice smile to make them feel valued. Sometimes panhandlers take advantage of tourists on busy days. That is not fair because people are coming to visit and now they have to spend more money by giving it to a possible fraud.
