The Homecoming parade, the highlight of homecomign. It's all fun being apart of the event but, what is it like preparing for the celebrated event? "It was really fun making the things for the float and being able to see it all set up." Maggie Mitchell said. She rode on the FCCLA 'Wizard of Oz'' float. "Although sometimes it got a little hectic our float turned out great" MItchell said. The theme for this years homecoming was 'West Central goes to the movies' so, every float had a movie theme! "It wasnt easy to come up with our theme! There was a lot of back and forth. But, eventually we agreed on the movie 'Rocky'!" said Lucas Vortherms. Lucas was head of the Sophomore float.
