Establishing a strategy to make better safety policies and protocol it is something that have to be sometimes well thought. People who creates policies have to think about details and what is good for everyone. Now days fire has been incrementing because of the global warming and higher temperatures. For example, compare two decades ago, fires are 4 times more intensive, and the fires season extended more than two months (Earth on fire,1970). Today the government have implemented ideas of how community and the facilities can work together for making good strategies and program to fight with intense fires. For instance, hospital and fire department have been implementing some policy, evacuation, training for employees and interesting firefighter program for the community, as well some of this programs and laws could be improve for a public health educator.

In the fire safety policy said response procedures should be practiced regularly (Home Safety, n.d).This plan have to change, it is fine that health care worker should be doing this regularly, but this have to change and complete the procedure with certain policies. Proper planning, training, and practice of all staff are essential in order to provide for the safety of residents. Adequate planning should consist that every facility should have written fire procedures that are understood and practiced by all staff (Home Safety, n.d).
