On this date worker visited the residence of Mrs. Caroline Key, for the purpose of assessing her need for services. When worker arrived, Ms. Key was sitting in a recliner preparing her meds for the week. Ms. Key was wearing a clean night grown, her hair was clean and brushed, and she did not have body odor. The home was clean and clutter free but had a mild urine and feces smell. Worker introduced herself and explained the reason for the visit. Ms. Key denied having an issue with missing meds.
Ms. Key stated her daughter Kim McDonald lives with her and was taking care of her with the assistance of Ms. Key's son, Steve Smith, and sister, Charlotte Campbell. Recently Ms. McDonald became ill and hospitalized leaving her unable to provide care
