Received a call from Patti Brown stating she got back the referral from APD since the APD does not investigate GHC. Patti stated staffed with her manager, and was told to refer back to the GAO.

I informed her that we do not have access to Home Care system, but I will staff with my supervisor asking for advise on how to handle in this situation, and I will call her
