Still shirtless and apparently agitated, Andrew Whitman, 34, of 7277 Township Road 525, appeared via teleconference from the Holmes County Jail in Holmes County Municipal Court, where he is charged with disorderly conduct, inducing panic and criminal trespass stemming from the prior day's activity.
It's not the first law enforcement has encountered him recently.

Since responding to the initial domestic violence complaint, the Holmes County Sheriff's Office has taken five reports — trespassing and suspicious person complaints — involving Whitman, who was identified as a suspect in trespassing, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun.
One of those five incidents was on the property of a sheriff's deputy, said Haun, noting a second instance of Whitman coming onto the property of another deputy was not officially reported.
