In reviewing the Holland Code, my profiler indicate that my social, enterprising, and conventional were my strongest score on the report. My social score was 30, enterprising 20, and conventional 19. I totally agree with results of the report of the Holland Code. Why, because my career goal is to become a Certified Paralegal in a Law Firm. My interest and skills meet the social reports very well. I enjoy giving advice and helping people. My social interest is the first one which is the high point on the report, because I love to help and listen to people. This section fit me the most. I work with people on a daily basic and I enjoy some good company of anyone would needs help. The social involve working with others to help them learn and grow. They like working with people more than working with objects, machines, or information.
My enterprising is my second interest in which I like to work with a team and do lot of business decision and leading people into victory. I enjoy making decisions and this section discuss the people with enterprising like work that has to do with starting up and carrying out business projects. These people like taking action rather than thinking about things.
