An interesting assignment with positive results from the Holland Code Reflection self-assessment provided me helpful information after completing it. I learned about myself that my top three career interesting areas in order of importance are: first Conventional with a 27 score, second Social with a 24 score, and last Enterprising with the lowest score of 18. The interesting profile summary provided me with various strategies to continue thinking about my career path; therefore, it would guide me to achieve my career endeavors.
The Conventional interest area in which I scored 27, is of my interest. It portrays how I can progress with others in the work place with a set up line of authority. For my experience working for various companies and different environments had helped me to decide the sector in which highly interest me. At the time taking the assessment, I did not consider about my previous work experiences, however, I realized how my office skills are of my strength. My job responsibilities are the number one priority in the workplace, therefore my excellent attitude drives me to help others in any situation. I possess a friendly attitude in which I do believe I can be an excellent communicator, provide service, and guide others to achieve their goals.
