What is the holistic approach all about?
Well, before going into the facts regarding why a holistic approach is way better than the traditional and mainstream ways of healing to improve one’s health, we need to understand what this holistic approach is all about.
Holistic medicine is nothing but a form of healing which considers the entire human being full with the body, spirit, emotions and the mind in the quest to optimal wellness and health. According to this approach or philosophy, a person is capable of achieving the levels of an optimal health condition via the means of proper balanced life.

Treatment options; Secondary: The holistic approach takes into homeopathy, manual medicine, physical therapy, herbal medicine, biomolecular medicine, scupuncture and drugs with surgery route while the traditional form uses the help of exercise, stress management, diet and physical therapies.
6. Strengths: the holistic approach is affordable, effective in preventing and curing acute and chronic ailments and provides optimal health. The traditional way is therapeutic in treating life-threatening injuries and ailments.
7. Weaknesses: In case of holistic approach, there is a huge lack in the availability of holistic practitioners along with the fact that it is a time taking process and time taking. On the other hand, the conventional mode is pretty ineffective in curing or preventing chronic ailments and are expensive too.
Conclusion
Where the conventional mode is rather mechanical and based on parts of the body, the holistic approach is more people oriented and human in terms of understanding the rootcause of the issue and then handle it in an effective an effective manner.
