As a consultant, I’m here to help ‘Hole in the wall’ business to solve their problem, as we can see there are lot of problem in different department but overall, I think the major problem is the company received so complain from their customer, complained to the fitting team, which lead us to find out other problems occur in different department. According to line 14, a customer complained that it took longer than promised to install the window, or left the work unfinished or left the site in some other unsatisfactory state. We can see that those performances will cause customer dissatisfaction and it will really affect this business, it created a bad brand image and reputation and might influence the sales as well.

Also promising client everything but it’s impossible to achieve. To solve this problem, I would suggest that all the sales staff should understand how to factory runs, once they know the factory situation, they won 't promise client when they can’t do it and give them a possible answer, not an unachievable answer, thus reduce the complaint about took longer than promised to install the window. Also, sales staff should be giving the correct information to their manager such as the dimension of the window, therefore, reduce the product didn’t meet the customer require and reduce the amount of returned …show more content…
I would suggest Barker hire someone to control his company finance, therefore, it can reduce the stuff he has to do and let a more professional person handle it, thus, will be more efficiency and reduce the mistake occur compare with John Barker. Also, he should recruit someone to replace the position of sales supervisor as well, because he can’t handle too many works at the same time, on the other hand, as a sales supervisor, that position should be the one who solve the client problem. If he can find someone to replace this position, then he can have more time to learn some new knowledge, for example, computer skill and solving employee problem, according to line 52 - 56, he doesn’t have time to solve Jobson problem, because at that time he has to calm down a customer on the phone, if he hired a sales supervisor, it will avoid that issue happen again, and Barker will have more time to sort out the problem occur in the company, for example, the relationship between different department and don’t have to stress
