On the above listed date and time, I responded to 1605 Hogarth Street Apartment A in the City of Beaufort, South Carolina in reference to Breaking and Entering to a residence. I spoke with DENISE TATE who provided me the below statement.

Interview with complainant: (DENISE TATE)

TATE stated on the above listed date, she returned home at approximately 9:00 PM when both her and her son went to bed. She stated she secured all doors prior to go to sleep. She then stated she woke up at approximately 2:00 AM to go to use the bathroom. She stated when she walked in the bathroom she noticed her bathroom window which is located in the back of the house, was wide open. She expressed to me that her bathroom window wasn't able
