My personal leadership position has remained the same since the beginning of this class, because my personal leadership position was formed in my undergrad at Point Loma. More then just the bottom-line, which has been the slogan at the Fermanian School of Business has been imbedded in the values and the mission for my personal leadership position though the undergrad program. These values carry the highest moral and ethical values. However this class has further strengthened my leadership by providing me with the knowledge, skills, and values upon which to build continuous learning and servant leadership. Point Loma continues its mission thought its undergrad and graduate programs to shape students to have Christ like characters. Currently I am not in a position to be in a leadership role because I do not have enough experience, but what I am willing to seek out it. Hobby Lobby is privately held company and was founded on Christian beliefs. In 2010 the company faced The Affordable Care Act, which had policies that differed to the companies core values. The second part of the case an employee of AutoZone, and important is it for organizations to adapt to various forms of religious expression by their employees as long as their expression does not effect their work productivity. In the case of the manager European manufacturing in South Korea the manager of the European company faces an ethical decision involving bribery. A local construction company’s purchasing department has asked for a bribe as a necessary part of securing an order. If he decides not to pay, the order and all the company has worked for over the last year will be lost.
