Homophobes and transphobes are the types of people who are ignorant and very closed-minded. These types of people also do not listen very well when you try to explain something to them if they are ignorant towards it.

My rights that are being violated is my freedom of speech and expression. My freedom of speech is being violated because with these types of people around me, I feel as if I can say what I want to and I have to watch I say because they may get say something bigotry. My freedom of expression is being violated because I cannot be myself and express myself as I am. I have to pretend because of transphobes not believing, or hating, or just being ignorant and saying “there is no such thing as trans*” or “you don’t look trans*” or “you are not trans* because you act like this and trans* people act like this.” My freedom of expression is also violated by homophobes by them saying “you’re not gay” or “that’s not a real thing” or my all time favorite “you don’t look gay.” I may not express myself as who or what I identify as but that does not mean I am not who or …show more content…
There are people in the world that do not identify with the gender they were assigned at birth. This does not affect the transphobes at all it just affects trans* people. Just because someone does not feel comfortable in the body they were born with does not mean that you can just kick them down even more because they probably already are because of them feeling uncomfortable because something is off in their body and they are not sure why it is off and you are not helping it any. They may not like the way they are and you kicking them down more or purposely talking about their gender identity as if it is a bad thing or a choice is not going to help either is not accepting them because by doing this you can make them feel bad about themselves and not accept themselves for who they
