¨It's easy to make friends if you let pepul laff at you¨ Charlie Gordon he said that being as dumb as a box of rocks. Here are my three reasons why Algernon is a reflection of Charlie. What happens to Algernon will happen to Charlie, How Algernon changes charlie will change, and how fast Algernon learns Charlie will learn too. This is a essay about a man named Charlie and how a white mouse is a reflection of him. Algernon is a split personality for Charlie because what happens to Algernon will happen to Charlie. When Algernon started to regress so did Charlie. When Algernon dies, we can assume the same will happen to Charlie. When Algernon started to get smarter and learned Charlie learned as well as being able to run a maze quickly. How Algernon changes Charlie will change the same way. As Algernon becomes smarter Charlie become smarter. As Algernon learns to do simple tasks Charlie learns to do them to until they can both do very complicated tasks. When Algernon skills at doing a maze get quicker Charlie's get even quicker than Algernon. …show more content…
Charlie picked up on how to use the dough mixer by watching Ollie. When Ollie gets fired the guys talk him into using the dough mixer and he does it flawlessly. But his only downfall is he is so smart he is stupid.
As you have read I have given you three reasons why Algernon is a split personality of Charlie. As you can tell whatever happens to algernon will happen to charlie like how algernon regressed charlie did the same.how algernon could finish am maze he never done before quickly and so could charlie it shows they both learn
