The diet basically tells us to abandon our modern agricultural diets, such as dairy and processed food and eats like our paleolithic ancestor. They have diverse varieties for their source of food. They didn 't restrict themselves to consume only several types of foods. The only thing that is different is that I don 't have to hunt and gather wild plants to consume. But it is of course very difficult for me to eat exactly the same as the Hiwi or following their diet. Most of their source of meat is wild animals. My source of meat basically is cow and chicken.
