Though strictly an amateur, and no match for his brother Richard the Iceman in terms of sheer numbers, joseph ran away with the title for most vile. In 1970 Joseph then 25, stole the beloved dog of a local 12-year-old girl telling the young girl that he’d Joseph Kuklinski would help find the girls lost dog raped and murdered the girl. He then threw her body and the dog off of the roof. The dog survived the fall and by howling alerted the neighbors to the crime. So overall i believe that richard kuklinski is not a regular serial killer thats why they have their own category as hitmen or contract killers they are not named as serial killers because a hitman will kill when the money is right a serial killer kills when he thinks the time is right contract killers kill when they get the word to knock someone off serial killers kill when they have a pleasure or feeling to do what they think needs to be
