Michael Dell Entrepreneur Essay

Entrepreneur is a word derived from the French language meaning “to undertake”. An entrepreneur is an individual who is willing to take a financial risk to sets up a business or businesses in the hopes of making a profit. Any person can be an entrepreneur. However, a successful entrepreneur makes a good or product that people are willing to buy and is different from any other good or product out on the market. Michael Dell is an example of an entrepreneur who was willing to take a risk. Michael Dell was successful in making a product that was different from anything that was out there on the market. Michael Dell’s product was able to make a profit and become very successful. His fasciation of technology developed at a young age. Beginning at the age of 8 years, Dell applied to take a high school equivalency exam in hopes of getting into the business world faster.
