East Tennessee State University is popularly known as ETSU, a public institution that was founded in 1911. It has a total enrollment of 13,419 as at September 4th, 2016. With a campus size of 366 acres, ETSU is known for ethnic diversity, whereby students from across the globe study and collaborate with each other. East Tennessee State University is ranked #2087 in ethnic diversity nationwide with a student body composition that is below the national average (Coll, 2016).

• Affordability and Scholarships: In recent years, ETSU enrollment rate keeps growing based on international recognition whereby more African, Asian and even American (undergraduate and graduate) students prefer to utilize the advantage of scholarships being awarded, coupled with affordable modes of payments like promise to pay and other means of payment. Students compare great programs being offered by ETSU and the little fee attached to it compared with other institution with the same programs with higher finance rate.
• Campus (Beauty, Location, and Regional): ETSU being located in the north-eastern part of Tennessee attracts people from neighboring states for sightseeing. The medium built institution, is home for different attractions like the entire school environment, Sport teams playing in the conference and host of others. The management made a simple decision by expelling Tristan Rettke out of the university and never will he be enrolled in the future. Such steps indicate that the institution respects everyone irrespective of color and there is no preference in dealing with individuals. Factors either from management, technology or organizational that contributed to this problem which shall be discussed briefly
