Mexico is North America’s third-largest country in land area.Mexico also has some bodies of water.Some different bodies of water are the Pacific Ocean,Gulf of California,Atlantic Ocean,Gulf of Mexico,Caribbean Sea,and Rio Grande. Mountains cover up most of Mexico.Most of which are the Rocky Mountains.There is volcanoes also.Collama,located in west Central Mexico,is the country’s most active volcano. The plateau of Mexico is the three Sierra Madré ranges.The mild climate,fertile volcanic soil,and adequate rainfall has attracted many people for thousands of years. The western and eastern edges of Mexico consists of coastal lowlands.In the west,lowlands stretch west of the Sierra Madre occidental along the Pacific Ocean and the long peninsula of Baja California.The eastern lowlands form a wide and fertile plain along Mexicos Gulf Coast. …show more content…
