Hispanic Dance Roles

I am the leader of the VVFA of God Hispanic dance team. The roles that I carry as a leader, are getting the team members together, I have to find days out of the week that fit all of our schedules so we can practice and prepare for the events. There are times when the girls do struggle to understand a dance move, but I will not move on until they understand. I also choreograph the dances with a bit of help from the other girls. I have to find out what we are going to wear for the performances and I wash and iron all of our performing clothes so that we will look presentable. When we are done performing, I collect all of the clothes and put it away. We all get very nervous when we have to perform, because there are about 500 people in the audience,
