Factors that can affect the supply of and demand of labor at Chipotle could be people who are not hispanic are discouraged to apply for a job their because they feel they will not be hired because chipotle’s work force is mostly hispanic.
If I worked at Chipotle’s Human Resources department I would recommend that they be carful if they continue to hire immigrants due to the fact that green cards and any other government document that makes them legal to work in the United States can expire. If this happens and they do not renew the document the company is employing an illegal immigrant which can get them in a lot of trouble. An Advantage of doing this is they’re promoting someone who is already a part of the company and has a knowledge of how it works.
