A huge problem these days is that you’re generation millions of dollars for a brand and for them not to compensate or even say thank you is a huge slap in the face. For example, Run DMC, famously known for their love of Adidas shoes, wrote many records that pertain to the shoe. Only to bring more customers and money to the multimillion dollar company still around today. Back then they had terrible sells and randomly started to see an increase of purchase in the states. During an interview, one of the members of the old boy group told a story about one of their old concerts, where during the show Rev Run took his Adidas shoe off and held it up in the air.
