Hillocks Argument

Decent Essays
Hillocks offers many valid arguments in Chapter 7. He argues that "argument should be part of the educational program at early stages" (200). I agree with his statement because argumentative writing is not taught until middle and high school, and I feel that the younger students are when they learn the skills, the more opportunities they have for improvement.
