November 8, 2016 is when America will choose the president for 2016. The nation has been split into two main viewpoints; “make America great again” and “we are stronger together.” Hillary Clinton’s viewpoint is we need to work together to be a strong nation. Hillary Clinton attended Wellesley College and was enrolled in Yale Law School. Clinton is currently 69 years old and served as the secretary of state. Hillary Clinton should win the presidency because of her stances on women's rights, education, and immigration. Hillary Clinton views on women rights is a big reason why she should win the presidency. First Hillary believes we need to have equal pay for the women and men across the United States. We should promote pay transparency across the economy and work to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act which is a bill Hillary introduced as senator to give women the tools they need to fight discrimination in the workforce. First, Clinton the United States should rebuild America’s schools. She states that many of the schools across the United States are falling apart with mold and rodents in them. By providing a certain amount of money for schools it will improve the learning environments. Next, she believes that every student should have the opportunity to learn computer science. Many jobs you have, you have to have the ability to do computer science, by providing this the students will be eligible for more jobs. Lastly, Hillary will work to dismantle the school- to- prison pipeline by providing $2 billion in support to schools to reform overly punitive disciplinary policies, calling on states to reform school disturbance laws, and encouraging states to use federal education funding to implement social and emotional support interventions.
