Who will people vote into the oval office this November? Clinton or Sanders? Trump, or Cruz? Some say Hillary Clinton is “the best hope for the survival of true democracy in America and bulwark against further corporate oligarchy,” (Charbonneau) but “not only will a sizable percentage of Democrats refuse to vote for Clinton, but 57% of Americans find Clinton to be "not honest and trustworthy’” (Stableford). The reason everyone is in a debate about this woman is because Hillary Clinton is one of the two Democratic nominees in the upcoming 2016 Presidential Election. She, like many other politicians, is power hungry and fraudulent. Hillary Clinton should not become President of the United States because she is an unqualified, untrustworthy candidate. Much of Hillary’s life has been spent involved in politics and in the legal system. As stated in the Tributes Delivered in Congress, Hillary Rodham Clinton was born on October 26, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Wellesley College, and then proceeded to go on to Yale Law School. She then marries Bill Clinton in 1974. Hillary is trying to relate back to the average American but how does she expect to understand the daily struggles Americans face when her average pay for a single speech is four times as much as the average annual household income. The Clintons now rank comfortably among the top one-tenth of the top 1 percent of earners (Hudson). Hillary is trying to convince the average American that she understands the struggles and can relate when she is ranked with the powerhouse corporations and the rest of the extremely wealthy.
