A wonder woman is a woman who continuously does her job, is successful and shows the world that no matter what the situation may be, she gets the job done. When working hard and trying to achieve a goal, there will always be bumps in the road that will try to stop you from getting where you need to be. In my opinion, Presidential candidate, now President elect, Donald Trump was trying to push Hillary Clinton back during the campaign, but a wonder woman can’t be stopped by an egocentric man. During the presidential election, Donald Trump said many things about Clinton that opened my eyes. His negative and irrelevant comments showed the type of person he is and it bothered me the most since I know Clinton has done so much for this country. In the first presidential debate it was brought up that Trump says, “Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the presidential look.” Trump went out of his way to correct himself and say that he said, “She doesn’t have the stamina.” If Trump said she doesn’t have the presidential look, then who does? What does it mean to have a presidential look? If Clinton doesn’t have it, then who does? Did Barack Obama have it? In February 2016, Clinton fought for systematic racism in education and employment. In December 2006, Clinton pushed to expand AMBER alerts and for stricter penalties. In October 2015, Clinton and Obama got a climate change deal. In October 2016, the Clinton foundation raised 30 million dollars to help Haiti. Clinton has increased research funding, helped create the office of Violence against women, laid the ground for the Affordable Health Care Act, and even secured $21 billion in the funding of the World Trade Center renewal (“On the Issues”).
