The Higher Ground Leader asks people to question themselves about what are their destiny, cause, and calling. People need to know how I serve people and how I should guide myself. Love for people encourages us to inspire others as an act of service. Higher Ground Leader makes an excellent connection with other in comparison to the Motivational leader. Motivational leaders also care about people, but they don’t focus people primarily, but it is very easy to sense the distinction between the two.
