The effect of eating fast food and high sugar diets
America is known as one of the most unhealthy countries by people all over the world, and it doesn't come as a surprise when you look at all the high sugar diets and constant consumption of fast food. High sugar diets cause your body to deteriorate, both sugar and fast food cause your body to get diabetes, and fast food and high sugar diets cause your brain to work differently. When you consistently eat high sugar meals you are actually causing yourself to possibly have many health issues in the future. High sugar diets lead to your kidneys and liver to not work properly.
