When going through high school a student has the opportunity to join certain sports throughout the year. The options range from team sports like football and hockey to individual sports like wrestling and running. While these sports are optional most students at least try one season of a sport. These sports are available to any student regardless of skill level. While taking part in sports through high school students will make friends, become more healthy and build school spirit.
