This means that if someone works out and gets stronger where the injury had occurred, most likely they won’t have that same injury again. Listening to your doctor and doing what he says can help someone in the long run. Using different types of exercises and fitness programs promotes flexibility and coordination to decrease the injury someone had (“Strength & Amp”). Using the different types of exercises helps you get stronger to have less chance of getting another injury.
There are a lot and most common school sports programs for every school, but playing these may result in a big consequence. Among school athletes ages 5 to 14, 28% of football players, 25% of baseball players, 22% of soccer players, 15% of basketball players, and 12% of softball players were injured while playing a school sport. Since 2000, there have been an increase in the number of serious shoulder and elbow injuries among youth and softball players (“Youth Sports Injuries Statistics.” ). If there are so many athletes getting hurt then shouldn’t we have longer conditioning time to reduce those
