The maturity levels increase along with a decrease in sleep. High school is extremely padded. There are teachers, parents, and friends involved in the actions taken. Everything is basically laid out and exposed in the light; the blueprint is provided and handed directly into your hand. It’s just up to you to perform the task assigned. If you fail the first time, you are picked back up without asking for help. As for college, you are stumbling in the dark for a while before you can find your footing. It’s up to you to ask for some light and guidance. Parents are no longer involved. Professors are doctors and writers. Not that they don’t care, but they have other concerns.
