High School Should Be Allowed In 3 Years Research Paper

High school is something that all teens hate. Having to go through elementary, Middle school, and then another four years of high school, sucks. Some schools allow kids to graduate in three years. Is graduating school in three years instead of the regular four a good idea? I think this is not a good idea and three reasons why is because to graduate in three years it takes much of your time, colleges may not take you, and because it will restrict job options. The amount of work it takes to graduate most people will say is not that much. In reality lets be honest here, throughout the four years even with all the breaks in-between the amount of homework and work is seriously ridiculous. Some kids do not graduate in four years because there is so much work they just wind up not doing it. To graduate in three years, would take all of your time away. We all want tons and tons of money that we can call ours and spend on almost anything that we want. Most good paying jobs are usually somewhat dangerous or dirty jobs. They only hire if you are certain ages. If you graduate in three years you’re only going to be about seventeen years old. The good paying spots usually only hire when you’re an adult or eighteen years old. Also graduating like I said requires tons of your time, the time that you were going to use for a job. Also kids that are great athletes and are looking to go into college sports, then become professional. It will effect these teens because for example, to go into the NBA you must have gone to college for one year or be nineteen years old. Graduating in three years then going to college for one year would only make that athlete eighteen and not eligible for the draft. Instead of becoming a pro athlete for a job they either must go back to college or do nothing for an entire year. Nobody wants
