This will enhance skills of teamwork while incorporating communication skills to obtain the same goal of reaching 25 points together. By including a game of volleyball, participants will gain a sense of how to work together with new people and recognize how communication is key in these situations.
• Handball—There will be two new teams created for this activity going against each other in European handball. The first group to reach fifteen points will win. The purpose of this event is to let the participants recognize how different people will lead in different situations. By seeing that someone might be better at one sport than the other will demonstrate an important lesson that leaders must also follow when it is not their time to lead.
• Tug O’ War—The groups will be split up outside into two teams. This specific activity will provide an area to see how participants communicate with each other and will improve teambuilding skills. By having this activity, it shows the participants that without everyone pulling their part in a specific task to finish an activity, there is a high chance that success might not be obtained. On the contrary, it will show that if people do work together and do their part, success is likely
