“Students entering high school – just at the time brains are in flux – still have the propensity to be impulsive and are prone to making mistakes” (Dr. Linda Stern). High school helps students not only study new material, but it also teach them to interact with the outer world. Upper classmen should interact with freshman in high school. Generally speaking, the period of high school transaction is hard for 9th graders, if they haven’t acquired the maturity level. High standards, overload work, and home sickness includes in the long list of freshman problems.
