We live in a capitalistic society that requires jobs and more successfully a career to make it the legal way in America. In America we have the choice of which profession you want to pursue while in other countries they pick it for you without your consent. Since we have this choice we should pick things we are passionate about and not what other people want us to be. Some people want to be pastors, coaches and politician however all those careers require different educational levels and difference in pay likewise in responsibility.

These people control the government making the laws of the land and likewise the policies that will govern our money. Most of the politicians leave office looking older than what they due to the grave responsibility that they have endured. They most please just not there party but the America in a whole. This job has many responsibilities but like any other job somebody has to do it.
The job of a pastor could be arguably the most important job of them all. A pastor is responsible for the souls of their members, so since the job is so grave there educational level must be of substance. It is not required for a pastor to be well educated but now it is mostly preferred that they at least have a masters degree in divinity. Pastors go through seminary to be well educated on the bible and to gain a deeper knowledge of the text on the background of the text. For instance if a pastor have twenty members that pastor may not be getting a lot, however a church of two to ten thousand members are getting a nice salary due to the membership. The median annual Pastor salary is $89,579.When one goes in to ministry should not go in it for the money but rather you are called by God to do his will. The service of a pastor does not get glorified very often due to the fact all they are doing is serving.
The responsibility of a pastor is very extensive due to that they are responsible for people souls. A pastor is responsible for preaching and leading Gods people the right way. On top of preaching they are responsible for the business side of the church as well. They travel extensively to spread Gods word around the world.
