Beginning high school, I was troubled with how I would fit in the community. I was asked to join the broadcast team during the fall of that year. I decided give it a try since I enjoy technology and videography. I was never too knowledgeable about football, nor would I ever imagine myself running the entire show and announcing the games. I believed I solely belonged behind the scenes. Four years later, I run the entire broadcasting crew, announce every game, and know so much more about football. Boycott Football Re: “Abolish high school football!” written by Raymond A. Schroth Football is the sport with a innumerable of injuries and deaths. I can agree with the writer about how at least 1 teenager that plays football for high school gets a concussion. I can also start that at least one football player has been injured. Every year, every day, every hour, every minute, and every second during the football season at high schools there’s an injured player or a player who perhaps died on the field because of a concussion or his head was hit really hard. Wearing a helmet during the game isn’t enough to protect you from getting injured.…

This means that I am responsible for overseeing the entire team's positioning by being aware of each player as well as vocally directing each player. Therefore, I must always be able to see the entire field in order to properly lead my team.…
