Out of the three school i researched my first choice would be CSU Channel Islands, then CSU Northridge and finally Los Angeles Trade- Technical College. CSUCI would be my first choice because they are near the beach and i will have many opportunities to examine different kinds of fish first hand. Also i want to experience what it's like living without my parents because it's something that will happen eventually and it's better if im already used to living alone or with roommates. CSUN would be my second choice because their biology program isn't as good as channel islands program. Even though it gets a bad reputation because most kids from the valley that apply get in it is a good school that people from out of state come to study. LATTC would be my final choice because even though trade school and community college save you money there are benefits of going to a csu. CSU’s have higher acceptance rates than most UC's and students who had a tough time academically in high school and want to start over straight from a university rather than a …show more content…
The higher your education the easier it is to get jobs and make more money than others and you have a lower chance of being fired because someone with a degree is more valuable to a company than someone with their GED. If more of the population had a better education the things we could achieve are limitless. Retriever Reels for Bowfishing Bowfishing differs from bow hunting on land in a number of ways, which explains the need for specialized equipment – not least of which is the retriever reel, a spool of tough fishing line that is used to connect the arrow to a float. These lines may be immensely tough – for example, those used in hunting alligators may have a weight rating of six-hundred forty pounds or more. Heavier types are also used for alligator gars, whose sharp-edged, armored scales will slice through thinner lines and cause you to lose both your arrow and your fish. Where a line on a land-hunting arrow would be an immense hindrance – snagging on branches and accomplishing nothing useful for the hunter – a line is absolutely necessary in bowfishing, since there is no other way to retrieve your fish unless your shot happens to kill it instantly.…

The type of crappie fishing tackle you use is a personal choice; it is important that you feel comfortable with it and you can get the "feel" to know what the bait is doing as it maneuvers underwater and you can detect the sometimes tap-tap light hit of a crappie. My pet rig is a six-and-a-half-foot spinning rod, medium action, fitted with an ultra light Mitchell 308 reel filled with 6lb. test monofilament. A spincast outfit is plenty good; even fly tackle in some specialized situations, a couple of which we will discuss later.…

Initially the orcas are ripped away from their families destroying any social kills acquired in their natural habitat. On the other hand, some of the orcas even grind at the iron bars with their teeth’s wanting to escape resulting them painful dental damage. We paddled down the cannel for about 20 minutes to get to the gate that separated the cannel from the ocean Nick unlocked it and we both entered to the ocean once we got to a good spot we set up our fishing gear and casted our rods in the water. Nick caught a couple of flat head and I only caught one small brim. After a while of fishing I spotted a dark patch of water in the distance but surugged it off as a patch of sea weed.
