High School Energy Research Paper

When a student has nothing that they can do to expel their energy, that energy is built up inside of them. When enough energy is built up, it leads to an “outburst”, which is normally always followed by consequence. If you were to redirect that energy to something like a sport, the student would be able to release their energy, preventing an outburst and giving the student something fun to do at the same time.

Not only does extracurricular activities help dispel energy, but it also benefits your body as well. For example, high endurance sports such as football or soccer teaches students focus, patience and also helps the body grow and develop.
