For example, if you are given a specific task from our sponsor you, out of respect, should go on and perform the task without question. But in my case, our girls throw fits and show attitudes whenever they are asked to do something by my sponsor and I. When I was an rookie on this team I would do anything and everything they ordered me to do. Not because I was terrified of them but because I respected their authority and knew that I had no right to choose what I wanted to do due to the fact that I’m a rookie on the team and haven’t earned my authority yet.
